1. File all Incorporation or Organization documents to register your business with the Louisiana Secretary of State
2. Operating Agreement (Basic- multiple members and complex terms may require additional charge)
3. File Annual Report (If Applicable)
4. Review 27-point checklist review to address any liability issues that may exist with your business.
5. Go over “protecting assets” list of creditor-proof and non-creditor proof assets.
6. Additional consultation to discuss any business-specific issues OR research regarding licensing (up to 2 hours).
