1. Personal Attention: When we set an appointment or phone call to discuss your matter, you meet with or speak to me, not a paralegal.

2. Affordability: My legal fees and your costs are never open-ended. I offer a flat fee structure whenever possible. When hourly representation is necessary, I bill at an hourly rate based upon.1 or 1/10 calculation (e.g. a five minute phone call will be billed at 1/10 an hour, no quarter or half-hour minimums. I also provide you with receipts for all related Court costs and fees expended on your behalf.

Appointments at Your Convenience: Whenever an appointment is requested or required, you will be offered the next available date and time (unless document or pleading drafts are required, in which case a follow-up appointment will be set to account for adequate time for preparation). I set appointments Monday through Friday 9am to 4pms with Sat morning appts available if needed.

4. Accessibility: If I can immediately take your call, I will. Emergency calls will be returned same day. All other calls will be returned within 2 biz days. Email and text access to me are also available.

5. Mobile In-Person Meetings Available if Needed: “I Come To You Appointments” available upon request for elderly, disabled, or infirmed clients.
